Return Policy

At Shorasie Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

    •    Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    •    Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

    •    Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

    •    Email us at- customersupport@shorasiebeautycom with your order number and reason for return.

    •    We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

    •    Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

    •    Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted product following our return process.
